What is a Fair Share Donation?
What is a Fair Share Donation?
Fair Share Donations are a vital part of keeping our band program strong and ensuring every student has the opportunity to participate in an exceptional experience. The estimated total cost to provide the 2026–2027 program is $1,750 per student, while the suggested Fair Share Donation is $650 per student.
Fair Share helps offset the cost of things like tournament entry fees, transportation, uniforms, instruments and instrument repairs, music, drill and show design, coaching, instructional staff, and many other essential program expenses. The remaining costs are covered through fundraising efforts by the RBV Band Boosters, sponsorships, grants, and the generous support of our community, school and district.
While Fair Share is a suggested donation and not a required fee, we encourage every family to contribute as they are able. Every dollar donated directly supports our students and helps provide the high-quality educational and performance opportunities that make our program successful.
The Boosters will be collecting Fair Share Donations at uniform fittings. Please be on the look out for more information on payment options and fundraising opportunities as we get closer to Band Camp. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE NOW!
