Voluntary Student Account Contribution
Our marching band is a big commitment for our students, and it takes a whole community to make the experience possible. From instruction and equipment to uniforms, meals, transportation, and competitions, there are many costs behind the scenes that help our students have a successful and rewarding season.
We are grateful for everything our families do to support the program. Family contributions are an important part of keeping the program strong, and every contribution, at any level, makes a difference.
The estimated annual cost to provide the marching band experience is approximately $1,800 per student. We ask each family for a suggested annual contribution of $650 to help cover a portion of that cost.
This contribution is voluntary, and we understand that every family’s circumstances are different. Your student’s SNAP Raise fundraising this summer has already contributed toward their suggested contribution amount. Families are welcome to contribute more at any time, in any amount, to help close the gap between family contributions and the actual cost of the program.
If your employer offers a donation-matching program, your contribution may be eligible for a match, so be sure to check with your employer.
To make keeping up with your student’s account easy, we’ll provide monthly invoices and statements showing your current balance and payment history. You can make a payment at any time using the link below.
