RBVHS Band and Pageantry

The purpose of our organization is to:

Promote and maintain an enthusiastic interest in the Rancho Buena Vista Band and Color Guard Program.

Provide financial assistance, musical supplies, and equipment as requested by the Band Directors.

Develop closer relationships between the home, school and community.

Create public awareness of the instrumental music and color guard programs available to all students at Rancho Buena Vista High School.

Funding the program for our students:

Our Band and Color Guard Program relies on the parents, alumni, and the local community for its existence.  The school district only provides the salary for our 2 Band Directors only 1 band Director, as of August 2010.  Therefore, money is needed yearly to provide for transportation of students, transportation of instruments, uniforms, additional instructors, instrument purchases, instrument repairs, flag material, equipment maintenance and more.
